We process orders quickly and ship from our warehouse the next working day (Sunday through Thursday).

Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days to arrive at your doorstep.

Please note that during new product launches, restocks, or holiday periods, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, we're unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.

We accept returns or exchanges only in these cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong item

If approved, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund after we receive the returned item (if the product is out of stock).

Refund processing times depend on your payment method:

Card payments: 10-14 business days

Cash on Delivery: Refunded via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened, tested, or used products—especially mists, creams, and scents.
