Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on the next business day (Saturday–Thursday).
Orders placed on Thursdays after 12 PM or over the weekend will be processed the following Saturday.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery across Egypt takes 3–8 working days.
During new launches, restocks, or national holidays, delivery may take longer due to high order volumes—we appreciate your patience while we prepare your glow.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

We accept returns or exchanges only in these cases:

You receive the wrong item

When will I receive my refund?

Refund processing times depend on your payment method:

Card payments: 10-14 business days

Cash on Delivery: Refunded via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash

Can I return opened or used products?

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened, tested, or used products—especially mists, creams, and scents.
